About me

My journey into Craniosacral Therapy began in a deeply personal way. In 2019, I made a life-changing decision to leave my career as a humanitarian professional to care for my partner, who had suffered severe brain damage two years earlier and passed away in July 2023. Through Craniosacral Therapy, I discovered a profound level of communication and compassion — a heart connection built on the power of unconditional love. I saw how my calm presence and inner peace positively influenced his mood, and how that same stillness became a source of strength for me as his caregiver. I witnessed his body and mind respond visibly, and his expression softening from tension into a gentle smile.

After a couple of years of personal learning of energetic work, my official study began in 2021 under the guidance of a shamanic healer, where I first learned the basics and developed a passion for this gentle and transformative touch. Driven to deepen my knowledge, I pursued my formal education at the College of Craniosacral Therapy in London, where I graduated in July 2024. Alongside my studies, I’ve completed several specialized courses and I am continuing my education with the Upledger Institute International, studying in Italy, the Netherlands, and the UK.

This multisector, integrative approach has enriched my understanding of Craniosacral Therapy, allowing me to offer a holistic and compassionate approach to holistic healing.
I am a member and IAIBCST (International Affiliation of Integrated Biodynamic Cranio-Sacral Therapy) and you can also find me at the IAHP – The International Association of Healthcare Practitioners.

My previous background

Before 2019, I had the privilege of exploring many different paths in life. I was an athlete till my early 30s, even competing as a semi-professional triathlete. Earlier I earned a degree in economics, worked as a teacher and tax consultant, then I embarked on a transformative journey that reshaped my life and led me and my ex-husband to leave our jobs and spend ten years in Africa, supporting those less fortunate changing my perspective profoundly.

My will to better understand people’s dynamic brought me to pursue a master’s degree in Human Rights and Conflict Resolution. Years later, life took me to Lebanon, where I spent four meaningful years and met my beloved late partner. He opened a new chapter in my life, guiding me towards the field of alternative medicine and healing.

These experiences allowed me to see the world through a broader lens, enriching my appreciation for different cultures and deepening my sensitivity to diversity and inclusion. They have taught me that the essence of life is found in the simplicity of connection and in the meaning of true quality of life—unconditional love. Through craniosacral therapy, I strive to share this vision, offering a compassionate space for healing and growth.
